Body Stress Release, or BSR, offers a safe, gentle yet effective way to help to help the body release the muscle tension that becomes locked into the physical structure as a result of stress overload.
With the person fully clothed and lying down, the practitioner carries out a series of tests to locate the exact site of body stress. He determines the precise direction in which the lines of tension exist using the bodies’ own biofeedback mechanism.
Gentle stimulus is then applied to encourage the body to release the stored tension, so assisting the bodies’ own in-built ability to maintain and heal itself.

A BSR session takes between 25 – 35 minutes, and is totally non-invasive.
